Boy, have I missed blogging this last month.
It is such a good way for me to remember stuff.
One thing are the recipes I try.
If I share one here, it is usually pretty good and this is a keeper.
Butternut squash lends itself to the perfect soup, because it purees into creamy deliciousness.
This recipe also added the feeling of fall with apples and a chai tea bag.
A chai tea bag.
After this photo was taken I doubled to amount of everything except the squash.
The recipe called for a medium squash, but I felt this one was larger than medium.
When I make it again, I think I will also add a third tea bag.
I adore the warm spices it offered.
Once we had our fill, I froze the leftover soup in large muffin tins.
They are now in a freezer bag ready to pop out whenever the soup bug hits.
You can find the recipe here.
Let me know what you think.
