A New Favorite Soup

Skinnytaste is one of my favorite go to places for healthy and new to me recipes. 
Gina recently posted this ham, bean and kale soup and it is a definite keeper. 
I doubled the recipe and have frozen some in large muffin pans for a quick lunch or supper in the future. 
Other than remembering to soak the beans overnight and making a bit of time to chop the veggies, this is a dump and forget recipe. 
We used our kale from last summer's crop as well.
It is hearty AND healthy.
A true win win.
