Sunday Truism and What I Know

Do not let your hearts be troubled.
Believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father’s house there are many dwelling-places.
If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also.
And you know the way to the place where I am going.
Thomas said to him, ‘Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?’
Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.
If you know me, you will know my Father also.
From now on you do know him and have seen him.’
~John 14:1-7

This I know.
There is a party filled with dancing and music happening in Heaven right now.
Lots of music.
And reunions.
And laughing.
And music.
And dancing.
After nearly 92 years of serving the Lord and everyone around her, my mother-in-law
went to be with Jesus yesterday.
As much as her grandchildren and children adored her, the love and pride she felt for each of them was no match.

As we learn to navigate a world without her, we must remember that her love...compassion...kindness and Faith live in each of us.
That is her legacy.
What a gift.

From :Sharon Hartwig My mom at 94 went home to be with our Lord in December 2014. Yes she us truly missed , we are so happy for her. By her own words she was ready to go home. The grandchildren & great grand children (Matthew & Mackenzie age 15) were so blessed to know her and feel her great love for them. I couldn't help but see the similarities between these two great lady's .
