Energy

I saw this printable here and tracked it down here. It really spoke to me and I am making one of my own this morning.

Being the Mom, my mood and energy create the atmosphere in our home...not that the other family members' moods don't play a part, but mine has the most power.  

Admittedly my energy is not always a nice, warm and fuzzy one when it is just us. 

 I get frustrated, side tracked, overwhelmed just like everyone else. 

I am hoping this will be a daily (sometimes moment by moment) reminder to me.
