Boys, Puppies and Other Advice

Lollipop Pop and I were given some fantastic insight when it comes to boys yesterday. (The discussion was actually on the differences in raising boys and girls)  A mother of three adult boys said simply, "Boys are like puppies.  They roughhouse and play until they go to far and bite too hard.  They destroy everything in their path but love to snuggle at the end of the day.  Their bark is bigger than their bite".
We both agreed that this is spot on!
For more insight to raising children, you must read Beth's post at Coal Creek Farm.
She actually translated for me what "Hrmph, Rmph, Lmph, Dmph" really means!

I would agree with that, too! They try to act all macho and tough but deep down inside they're just lovable teddy bears.
