Yum, berries. Try this: Mix blueberries with a squirt of lime juice and a bit of sugar. Put in individual ramekins, and top each one with some marscarpone. Sprinkle with brown sugar and place under the broiler until the sugar begins to bubble and caramelize. If you have a kitchen torch, you could use that. Enjoy immediately, as the berries are still cold and the marscarpone is just slightly warm. Yum!

I love blueberries!Last year I planted two blueberry bushes. It will be awhile before they will produce enough to do something with. But I can't wait!
