A Recap.

As summer vacation winds to an end, I am please with many things. It was a summer filled with just us. We did not travel to faraway lands this year. We stayed close to home and had fun. We also fine tuned the International Cooking Project. Here is the rundown of things the kids made:

BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Homemade Sauce
Mexican Lasagna
Tostadas with Homemade Tortilla Bowls
Manicotti with Marinara Sauce
Sloppy Joes
Portuguese Meatballs and Rice
Swiss Chard Stuffed Shells with Fontina Sauce
Asian Pasta Salad
Chicken Cordon Bleu

It was a wonderful summer!
